Handicap and wheelchair accessibility

There are a total of 3 wheelchair accessible rooms. These room categories are as follows:

• 1 x Deluxe Family room
• 1 x Deluxe Double room
• 1 x Deluxe Twin room

The above room types are connected to the main building with lift access to the communal areas and restaurant.

Highland Base is located in Iceland's Central Highlands and the terrain is rugged. All access paths to and around the property are gravel and may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
