Children and maximum room occupancy at Highland Base

Hostel, Hotel & Lodges

Room rates at Highland Base are based on double occupancy (maximum 2 adults). Complimentary cots are provided for infants (aged 0-2).

For an additional charge, it is possible to accommodate up to 2 children (aged 3-11) in the following room categories:

• Standard Family Room
• Deluxe Family Room
• Lodge plus Sofabed

If you are a party of more than 2 guests over the age of 11, you will need to book another room for every additional 1-2 people in your group.

The additional charge per child, per night will be automatically added to the room rate:
Infants (0-2): No charge (a complimentary cot can be provided).
Children (3-11): ISK 10,000 per child, per night.

Occupancy is based on the number of guests booked per hut as outlined in the accommodation description.
