How do I modify or cancel a reservation?

Reservations for Highland Base Huts, Hostel, Hotel & Lodges

Reservations made via our website can be managed in My Booking. 

If you are unable to manage your reservation via our website, send an email with your request to: [e-mail]

Reservations of 1-5 rooms

• Cancellations or modifications must be made no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid penalty.
• Cancellations or modification requests received within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. The same applies to No Shows.

Reservations of 6-15 rooms

• Cancellations or modifications must be made no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid penalty.
• Cancellations or modification requests received within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable. The same applies to No Shows.
